Why BridgeClimb?
In 1989, Paul Cave was inspired.
As part of a YPO event he'd scaled the jewel of Sydney Harbour - the bridge - and come down with an idea. He envisioned the worlds' first tourist bridge climb.
He took his idea to the four government departments responsible, and received over a hundred reasons why it couldn't happen.
Over the next decade, he solved every one of them, and BridgeClimb was born.
The climb is impressive, but the business behind it is a marvel.
From the moment you step inside, you're part of a human conveyor belt, onboarding you through all you need to know, ticking all the compliance boxes that allow the business to exist and thrive...
...and it feels fantastic.
A business backed by a highly systemised training system that allows them to equip staff with the skills needed to make it happen from scratch.
3.6 million people have climbed the bridge, and in February we'll do the same.
After all, how could we run a workshop about experience that didn't make it real?
