Program delivery is simple.

Each theme, which we call "tracks", is a three-week implementation-focused Fast Track training program.

Pre-work starts a week before the first training date.

You'll get full access to project and implementation plans, supporting/ relevant training from the program, tools and templates and have the full program material added to your personal Coaching Workspace.

 

Week by week, I'll show you what you need to do and how to do it.

I'll share the practical tools and proven methodology to put into action.

We'll dive into the "doing" during sessions to get it done together with other advice business owners.

You'll opportunity to unpack the nuances of it specific to your business and your situation 1:1.

You'll get input, feedback a and have your work reviewed by your peers and the opportunity to share your knowledge to help others along the way.
